TechWise produces a written estimate before the engagement begins. Hours are tracked and reported throughout. If the scope changes, the estimate is updated and approved before additional work proceeds. You pay only for what is used, not a fixed number regardless of outcome.

Alternative, Fixed Fee
Fixed fee, available for clearly bounded scope.
Fixed fee is available when the scope is clearly defined and unlikely to change, a specific office buildout, a single-system migration, or a compliance gap remediation with a known deliverable. If the scope isn’t well-defined, T&M with an estimate protects both sides.
