Copilot Tips: Copilot Bundles – Tech Tip for February 6, 2026

In this week’s tech tip, we’re highlighting Microsoft Copilot Business bundles that make it easier and more affordable for organizations to adopt AI in Microsoft 365.

Microsoft Copilot continues to gain traction as a productivity tool across Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and more. To support broader adoption, Microsoft offers Copilot bundle options designed specifically for small and mid-sized businesses.

What Copilot Bundles Are Available?

Through March 31, 2026, Microsoft is offering the following Copilot Business options:

  • 15% off Microsoft 365 Copilot Business add-on
    • Available for organizations purchasing (1-300 seats)
  • Microsoft 365 Business Standard + Copilot Business bundle
    • 35% off when purchased together (10-300 seats)
  • Microsoft 365 Business Premium + Copilot Business bundle
    • 25% off when purchased together (10-300 seats)
  • Microsoft Purview Suite for Business Premium*
    • 50% off for enhanced data protection

TIP: Only customers who have licensed Business Premium with Copilot Business or Microsoft 365 Copilot qualify for a 50% discount on Purview Suite for Business Premium.

These offers are intended to reduce the upfront cost of Copilot adoption while simplifying license management and adding data security and governance.

Why This Matters

For many organizations, Copilot adoption raises practical questions:

  • Is Copilot right for everyone—or only certain roles?
  • Which Microsoft 365 plan makes the most sense long-term?
  • How do we control access as usage grows?

Bundled pricing allows businesses to explore Copilot more strategically, often starting with specific teams or departments before expanding.

What to Consider Before Purchasing

While the discounts are attractive, eligibility, seat minimums, and licensing requirements can vary. Choosing the wrong bundle may lead to unnecessary cost or underutilized licenses.

Many organizations review Copilot bundle options with a Microsoft Partner rather than navigating these decisions alone.
